The Apuro FT692-A Wet Heat Bain Marie is a versatile and compact hot-holding unit designed
for buffets, cafeterias, cafés and commercial service counters. Its 1.2kW wet heat system and
front-mounted drain tap offer safe, hygienic performance ideal for soups, sauces, curries,
beans and gravies.
Supplied with 2 × 1/3 GN pans and 2 × 1/6 GN pans (all 150mm deep), the FT692-A
allows flexible food presentation straight out of the box. The stainless-steel body and removable components
make cleaning fast and straightforward.

With a temperature range of 30°C to 90°C, the unit offers gentle, even heating to maintain
