Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders before dispatch under the following conditions:

  • A cancellation fee of 1.5% applies to change-of-mind cancellations to cover administrative and transaction costs.
  • No cancellation fee applies if the item is out of stock.

Delivery Policy

We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience. However, please note the following:

  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
  • We do not have control over delays caused by freight companies, but we will assist in investigating any delays.
  • Premium delivery services, including the ability to select a delivery date and indoor delivery, are available only in the Sydney Metro area.
  • Free delivery is provided as kerbside delivery only, meaning items will be delivered to the closest accessible point to your property.
  • For any damages, shortages, or incorrect deliveries, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the Goods.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. Please note that estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

Refunds and Compensation Limits

We aim to resolve disputes efficiently. However, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the value of the Goods or Services purchased. Any compensation offered will be at our sole discretion and within the scope of the Australian Consumer Law.
