The Luus SM-90 Gas Salamander is a high-performance griller and toaster, ideal for commercial kitchens. It features a highly efficient infra-red burner system with piezo ignition, perfect for grilling and melting a variety of dishes. The 11mj infrared burners come with a pilot, Flame Failure Device (FFD), and piezo ignition, offering precise and safe flame control.
The variable flame control valve includes a low flame setting, providing versatility for different cooking needs. With multiple (4) toasting rack positions and a sizeable toasting rack of 440mm x 320mm, this salamander is suitable for a range of grilling and toasting tasks. Its stainless steel interior panels and a crumb tray at the base enhance its functionality and ease of maintenance.
